I already have a CPA that I work with, can I still get the bookkeeping services?
Absolutely! We can work with your current CPA, in fact it is very helpful to work with your current CPA if you do have one so that we can make sure that there is no confusion while filing taxes.
My company is just starting off, do I have to get onto the monthly recurring plan?
Nope, we have setup packages and trainings as a service, so if you can’t budget out the monthly bill, let us just set it up and show you how you can do it yourself until you are ready for us to take over it.
We already have a bookkeeper, but we want another service you offer. Can I still use you for those services?
We would be happy to help with any of our services, you do not need to have any one service for us to provide another to you. If you don’t need monthly work, but you want something else just let us know!
Do you charge a fixed rate based on how much money our company makes?
Nope! Some companies may like to see how much revenue your company brings in before they decide what to charge you, but we do things differently. We have a fully transparent pricing plan that is based on hours actually worked, not how much we think you can afford.
Isn’t there some kind of AI software that does bookkeeping?
There are a lot of AI software that can assist with different tasks in bookkeeping, and they can be decently smart sometimes. At the end of the day they are not usually smart enough without the help of a human to take over the whole service.
If I find a software that saves you time, do I get a discount?
If something saves us time then yes! We bill based on actual hours worked, so if there is a new software or procedure that is implemented that decreases the time spent, then the monthly amount will decrease!
